Commenthunt review
May 4th, 2009
I completed another review of a dofollow search engine. This time I reviewed commenthunt.com. It seems to be a popular site based on many forum posts. I tested the same 5 searches from my previous review: “vacation”, “dofollow”, “real estate”, “iphone”, and “web history”. I reviewed the top 10 results and the I must say the results weren’t pretty. I realized very quickly I was wasting my time but I decided to complete the review to prove a point.
The final score for Commenthunt was 42% DoFollow! Only 21 of 50 results were do follow. You can download the results here.
I highly recommend checking all results from Commenthunt because they are likely nofollow.

Nice blog you got there. Seems like a great concept, and many would appreciate your effort on reviewing some of the dofollow blogs. 2000 backlinks, that’s a lot! Again, I applaud your effort.Keep up the good work.

Round of applause for that! Looking for more informative topic. Thank you.
Thanks for the heads up. I always assumed that these search engines would be weeding out nofollow tags without question… I guess I’ll have to pay more attention from now on.
Thanks for the informative review of commenthunt.com From what you have posted it sounds pretty useless for finding dofollow blogs. Most websites I have used to find dofollow blogs seem to be filled with nofollow results. Thanks for the review.
Good job on keeping this website updated.
Keep up the good work.
I was planning to buy 100 comments package from commethunt. Your blog has saved me $19!! Thanks
This seams like a great resource, but if you are promoting link building why can’t we use our anchor text for posting here?
Thanks for the insight about commenthunt. Blogs can change so it’s important to verify well.

I just hate responding to people by the name of ‘Loan Modification’. It just seems odd. Hope you understand.
Yeah… Commenthunt has been going downhill. They don’t moderate their results at all, although I don’t know if that’s in their control given it’s a modified Google search.
